CY&BC and Mental Health during Covid-19

Published 20:12 on 1 Oct 2020

The executive of CY&BC is acutely aware of the impact of COVID-19 and its associated restrictions are having on its members.

We will keep members up to date by email of developments.

Our club values the sense of community and strives to continue to promote a sense of belonging and a sense of connectedness while separated. We are also aware that in the absence of our shared passion, this may impact to varying degrees on our mental health.

This is to be expected in these unprecedented times.

Remember we are in this together and it is important to take care of our mental health.

Please see HSE links below which are continuously updated. The first outlines specific services available, and the second link shares advice about minding your mental health during COVID-19.

"It is the set of the sails not the direction of the wind that determines which way we will go"
