Mermaid Leinster Championships 2018
Saturday 16th & Sunday 17th June
Venue & Organising Authority: Clontarf Yacht & Boat Club

The Mermaid Leinster Championship will take place this year at Clontarf Yacht and Boat Club on the weekend of the 16th and 17th of June.

Entries shall be submitted to CY&BC together with Entry fee of €60. Entry may be effected at Registration from 09:00 - 10:30 on Saturday at CY&BC.

A Championship Briefing will take place in the Clubhouse at 10.30 hrs on Saturday.

Schedule of Races

Saturday: Warning Gun: 1245 hrs - 3 races

Sunday: Warning Gun: 1345 hrs - 1 race

A BBQ will be held at the clubhouse immediately after sailing on Saturday the 16th June. BBQ registration and payment will be due together with race registration and payment on the morning of the first race.

Complimentary scones, tea and coffee will be provided each morning prior to racing.

We look forward to seeing as many local and visiting Mermaids as possible at CY&BC for this event.

NOTE: The NOR and SIs were updated on 8th June 2018

• The changes in the NOR is to designate the event a wet sailing event and boats will not be hauled on Saturday after racing
• The SIs have changes in regard to the shortening of the course, eliminating sailing through the line and tie break.
