The racing programme for the coming season is shown below. Note all races are individually indexed and will be referred as such in the results.
DISCARDS:
As discussed at class meeting
1 discard for every 4 races sailed
2 discards if 8 races are sailed
Championship Races
If championship races are cancelled, they will be sailed on the next available Summer Series race.
The summer series will then lose a race.
Results - Scratch and Handicap
Championship will be awarded on Scratch results.
Summer Series will be ECHO handicap.
Autumn Series will be both Scratch and ECHO handicap.
(Well look to publish Championship on
ECHO as well for comparison in 2020).
ECHO - is performance-based, so the more you race, the more accurate your rating (it 'll adjust automatically).
