CY&BC Winter & Spring Sailing Series 2018/9

Following on the success of the winter series over the last five years we are delighted to announce the details of this winters activities.

There are two series – the pre-Christmas "Santa Series" and the Jan/ Mar "Spring Series."

The "Santa Series" kicks off on Sun 4th November for seven consecutive Sundays until Sun 16th December - with prize giving after that race.

There will also be a special "Christmas Race" on Thurs 27th December.

The "Spring Series" runs on nine consecutive Sundays from 27th January until Sunday 24th March with prize giving after the race.

All types of dinghy are welcome. Racing is on a Club handicap system.

Sailing instructions and entry forms are attached (or available at Club bar)

Soup & rolls available in the Club after racing each day.

Volunteers needed for Rescue and Race management.

Hoping to see you all on Sun 4th November at 10.00hrs for the first race.

Even if not participating - why not come down and watch – always good craic and you can have a walk on the promenade too!

Please note: that due to the proposed building works in the Clubhouse there may be restricted changing and showering facilities for Ladies during the winter series.
