A Presentation by John Flannery from the Irish Astronomical Society
"The Life of A Star" - how the constellation Orion and his retinue allows us see the full lifecycle of a star in the winter sky.
And - what's on view in the January and February night sky.

John is an acitve member of the Irish Astronomical Society. His interests in astronomy are binocular observing and exploring the nooks and crannies of astronomical history. He also compiles an annual calendar of celestial events for clubs countrywide and contributes to the solar system notes in Whitaker's Almanac.
We look forward to a very interesting presentation.
